Mix of Affirmed and Crocket Green Beans. These are new varieties for me and they are really good. I love the slenderness of both these beans and actually Affirmed is lighter in color and resembles Provider, but does not get woody tasting when larger in growth. Crockett, on the other hand, is darker in color and is waxy looking. That little bit of shine is is so sleek looking. Both beans are very smooth and tasty. I’ll be growing more of them for sure! Also mixed in is a yellow few yellow beans, and Royal Burgundy which are normally in the Trilogy mix. Not sure how long they will keep growing in the high tunnel but for right now I get a few weekly.
