Borage is a favorite herb of mine that has just the sweetest intricate little blue (sometimes pink) edible flowers on it. The cucumber aroma is so nice and the flowers are great garnish to salads, drinks, soups, desserts. I guess you can even freeze in ice cube trays which would make for a very cool ice cube wouldn’t you say? Love this plant. Also beneficial for pollinators. Small bunch 5-6 clippings per bunch of flowerers.
