Like it’s counterpart (burgundy/green shiso) this green shiso stands on it’s own with faint purplish veins. It is nutritional and you can mix this green shiso with the burgundy and green sisho and have a “eye catching” dish of whatever you want to mix it into or on. Dry the leaves and add them to rice or mix them with any salad, soup, or add to fish, or to any dinner on trays you wish.
