Peter Wilcox is a Purple potato with yellow inside. It has been loved by many and around for a while. Great for Chefs and people who love the yellow inside of potatoes and color! It has been said to have an earthy flavor, hints of hazelnuts, all I know is I love potatoes with butter and cream cheese, or sour creamL Don’t take my word for it. I love all my home grown varieties. All sizes $3 per pint container ($3 per pound). All weighed prior to container.
