Keep it fresh in a jar of cold water slip a plastic bag over it and stick it in your refrigerator if you want to keep for a extended period time. Or, just in fresh water daily on your counter if you are like me and wish to add it to every raw or cooked meal you make! 4-6 clippings per small bunch.
