Winter Sweet Squash is a fairly mid-size green squash that reminds me of Stella Blue squash but is green shelled. First time to grow but I am told it is very sweet and flaky and the flavor increases 2-5 mos after harvest. So, buy and try for Halloween or Thanksgiving. If you can’t wait that long…you know what I’d do :)
