This salmon and mint green (4069) looking squash is from Johnny’s Seeds. Trial. I am really not sure what it is or tastes like, however, like with any winter squash I just love them. Baked, stuffed, or just covered in butter and brown sugar. Just me. Try it or I will through the winter! Love to hear feed back. Been curing for 2 plus weeks, so I think a few more weeks and it will be ready.
