Garlic Scapes. Small, tender, and tangled. Garlic scapes diced up will brighten up and add flavor to any meal you are cooking! I also understand and read that scapes provide a good source of protein, vitamin C, and calcium. I’d agree scapes are a good addition to anyone’s immune system. One last note: harvesting our garlic is just around the corner after we harvest the scapes… Yahoo! Small bunch.
